Coaching Agreement for Keep Changing Co

This agreement outlines what coaching includes, what it does not include, and what you can expect when we work together. Please read through it carefully before signing so we begin with clarity, shared understanding, and strong boundaries.

What Coaching Is (and Isn't)

Life Coaching is focused on clarity, structure, personal growth, and forward movement. Out work together may include identifying patterns, building habits, creating plans, and increasing accountability.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing trauma, crisis, or significant mental health concerns, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional. Coaching can support growth, but it does not replace clinical care.

Your Role in Coaching

Coaching works when you participate fully.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. I provide structure perspective, and guidance, but change requires your effort and follow-through.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Growth takes ownership and consistency.

You may pause or discontinue coaching at anytime.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching will be treated with respect and discretion.

Confidentiality may be broken if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

Coaching conversations are not legally protected in the same way as therapy or licensed clinical services.

Sessions, Payments & Scheduling

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

4-session packages are valid for 3 months from purchase.
8-session packages are valid for months from purchase.

If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours' notice is required.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hour's notice may be counted as used.
If you do not attend your scheduled session with out notice, the session will be considered used.
If a session begins and ends early due to your circumstances, it will still be counted as used.
If a session is interrupted due to circumstances on my side, we will reschedule or adjust accordingly.

Package purchases are non-refundable once payment is submitted. Please ensure you are ready to commit before purchasing a package.

New Client Rate

A one-time discounted first session may be offered after completing an Alignment Call.

I understand that coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment.

I understand and agree to the payment, cancellation, and refund policies outlined above.
